• We believe our most important responsibility is to our employees, clients and world. So we’ve taken the steps to obtain B Corp Certification, cementing our promise to use our work as a force for good to benefit everyone and the earth, too.
• We’ve always placed great emphasis on communication, well-being and belonging, but when the pandemic took a toll on physical and mental health, we introduced no-work lunch hours, encouraged walk-and-talk meetings and provided all employees with unlimited access to a new online wellness platform called Groops. We also stay close to employees and clients through one-on-one conversations, group discussions, monthly all-agency meetings and pulse surveys.
• We host an annual Wellness Week to encourage people to focus on total well-being including mental, social, financial, physical, community and career through educational and inspiring events.
• Our CEO hosts monthly anniversary happy hours with staff celebrating their anniversary at the agency. Whether they’ve been at CM for one year or 20, they all gather to share stories and provide valuable feedback to make the agency better.
