COCC has a robust training and development program for all employees, as well as a strong focus on developing our rising leaders and supporting our outstanding management team. Our Management & Leadership Development (MLD) program gives leaders with direct reports the opportunity to learn about employment law, employee evaluation, building a sense of culture on their teams, and more. 360 degree leadership workshops provide managers the opportunity to be evaluated by their reports and peers, and develop tools to better lead their teams. We also recently celebrated the graduation of the first ever cohort in the Corporate Leadership Development (CLD) program, which combines COCC-designed classes with customized academic training through a special partnership with Central Connecticut State University (CCSU).
