Purpose
COCC was created by a cooperative of financial institutions to deliver real banking technology. COCC has a robust training and development program for all employees, as well as a strong focus on developing our rising leaders and supporting our outstanding management team. Our BEGIN@COCC onboarding program is a week-long immersive orientation in which new employees learn about COCC's culture, core values, history, products and services, and the tools available throughout the employee's entire COCC journey.
Our management & leadership development training opportunities give leaders with direct reports the ability to learn about employment law, employee evaluation, building a sense of culture on their teams, and more. 360 degree leadership workshops provide managers the opportunity to be evaluated by their reports and peers, and develop tools to better lead their teams.
