Clune Construction is a national general contractor with offices in Chicago; Dallas; Los Angeles; New York; San Francisco; and Washington, DC. Medical, dental, vision and life insurance is 100% paid by the firm with participation in our Wellness Program. This includes healthcare premium costs for spouses and eligible dependents coverage beginning on the first day of employment. In addition, pet insurance is offered at a discounted rate.
Clune also recognizes employees for their dedication to the company in several ways. For example, tenured employees are recognized by 5-year increments at Clune’s annual all-staff meeting and receive an award and extra vacation days. Clune has a strong tradition of promoting from within and announces all promotions at the annual all-staff meeting. Every year each office awards an Employee of the Year, who receives an award and a cash gift.
