With 3 offices located in Massachusetts, Texas, and Ohio, we've been able to unify our corporate culture by leveraging technology to create a complete virtual workspace for employees. As an example, we've created virtual clubs for extracurricular interests such as craft beer, poker, books, trivia, the stock market, and binge-worthy TV shows. Our President and CEO hosts weekly "Coffee Talk" sessions on Thursday mornings for informal "water cooler"-style conversations. Our CTO is extending this concept by adding "Tuesday Tech Talks" to teach technology concepts to non-technical resources and field questions. By embracing virtual meetings and chat groups, diligently using our cameras, and creating a variety of work-based and social virtual venues, we've established a collaborative environment with frequent and open communication across all teams, functions, and locations. Having a highly virtual culture has helped the team maintain high productivity and interaction without disruption during the pandemic.
