In addition to departmental team buildings, we have companywide team buildings quarterly as well as a self appointed "Fun Committee" that ensures we are get together on a regular basis. We have a strong leadership team that employees can rely on to demonstrate integrity, transparency and grit. This group holds monthly companywide “All Hands” meetings to ensure unified engagement on where we’re going and how we’re tracking to get there. This also gives everyone an opportunity to hear from each department. This keeps silos at bay and fosters an environment of “we’re all in this together”.
