To the degree that it's possible to generalize about our team, we're creative problem solvers who are strongly self-motivated. We want to work out the kinks in processes and solve the complexities of software as a service to our clients, but also because we're the kind of people who don't like to walk away from a puzzle before it's solved, or leave a place until it's better than we found it.
