We listen to our employees through anonymous surveys, suggestion boxes and feedback and ideas via our Culture Club. As a company, we believe we have a social responsibility to give back to our communities. In addition to encouraging our employees to give back at an individual level, we also organize quarterly volunteer activities, charity competitions or donation drives. We support community causes such as local food banks, school supplies for underprivileged students and anti-poverty work. While we have employees working from around the country, our Culture Club keeps employees united by organizing fun events such as picnics, holiday parties, virtual game nights, virtual cooking classes and more.
