The City of Rock Hill is involved in an ongoing program aimed at continuous improvement of citizen and customer service. This is one of City Council’s Strategic Goals and a key component of public service. We've developed a program, IDEAL Customer Service, which we feel reinforces the City's values about customer service and helps all of us to better serve the citizens. All City employees will have the opportunity to attend this half-day customer service class.
