As a municipal government, we recognize that some of our customers have no other choice than to rely on our services (e.g. if a homeowner needs a building permit she can’t shop around other cities for the best deal and when a visitor calls 9-1-1 with a medical emergency, he can’t asked for another city’s paramedics). Because of this, our culture is to exceed expectations from all of our customers.
