With over 40 years of dedicated service, our agency proudly represents more than 6,000 clients across the southwestern United States. We specialize in providing tailored insurance solutions for houses of worship and non-profits, ensuring they are well-prepared for any unexpected challenges. Our team of state-licensed Property & Casualty Insurance consultants and customer service staff are committed to excellence, with many holding or pursuing Certified Insurance Counselors (CIC) or Certified Insurance Customer Representative (CISR) designations. Our daily mission is to “Help Houses of Worship and Non-Profits to Master the Unexpected™.”
Purpose
Since 1983, Church & Casualty has grown to be one of the largest providers of insurance and risk management solutions for houses of worship and nonprofits in the southwestern United States. We take pride in our superior customer service and strive to make understanding insurance simple. We often say that we’re more than an insurance agency, we’re your support system.

-We host staff outings which consist of Angels games, escape rooms, bowling nights, etc.
-Quarterly wellness challenges that focus on everything from physical, mental, and financial health.
-We offer free mental health services and counseling for all staff.
-We offer employees two paid volunteer days per year.
-Continuing education opportunities to earn designations specific to the insurance industry.
-We recognize Employee of the Month, Employee of the Year, Producer of the Year, and Core Value Awards.
-We also believe in food trucks, holiday parties, spirit days, potlucks, dunk tanks, Friday afternoon songs, and a management group that doesn't take themselves too seriously.
