We are headquartered in Denver, CO and founded by Jeffrey Finch and Andrew Fischer in 2012; two guys with lots of experience and some good fortune. Our team is an eclectic group from all over who have been thoughtfully selected for their unique talents, focus and pursuit of success. We love to kick ass and strive to have a lot of fun along the way. Our collective goal is to make Choozle an awesome place to work. We aren’t just talking about free beer and ping pong – we are talking about a challenging yet rewarding, educational yet enjoyable experience that represents a positive and impactful sojourn on your career path. Our five values: attitude, growth, service, ownership, and balance lead us on this path. We encourage intellectual curiosity and exploration both inside and outside of work. Choozle hosts a winter and spring summit where all employees come out to headquarters and we take a trip up to Breckenridge for 2-3 days. During that time, we host meetings to learn from the other departments, as well as choose activities we can do during a free day: skiing, massages, white-water rafting, golfing, etc. In between each large summit, Choozle hosts 2 smaller ones with an activity for the whole team to enjoy together - like a day trip to Arapahoe Basin. Along with our summits, Choozle participates in happy hours, weekly team lunch, kickball leagues, birthday treats, a $100 health and wellness stipend, and a $250 quarterly education stipend.
In the office, Choozle has created an atmosphere where people actually want to come to work every day. We have an open kitchen stocked with snacks and beverages, a laid-back dress code, and a sense of respect towards each and every employee.
