Choolaah offers a fresh take on ancient tandoor cooking methods and authentic approach to Indian cuisine, with hand-crafted dishes, including the fresh-baked naan prepared in a custom-built tandoor clay oven within their open kitchen. Currently, the fast-casual Indian chain concept has seven locations across three states – Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Virginia, with plans to grow across various regions of the U.S. Choolaah’s menu features flavorful and customizable bowls, salad, wraps, and a variety of street food, allowing guests to shape their perfect dining experience. Bowls are served with a choice of premium sourced protein, with options including chicken, paneer, lamb, veggie croquettes and more, and topped with one of the brand’s curated masalas or daals. Customers looking to spice up their dishes can choose from three available hot sauces: "Whoa," "Ouch" or "OMG." Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are also available.
