To maintain and strength our award-winning culture of appreciation and recognition amid historic staffing increases, our Recognizing Employee Dedication (RED) Program promotes leader-led engagement and peer-to-peer recognition. Leaders can arrange for special treats to be delivered to both remote and onsite teams to recognize them in a tangible and experiential way for a specific occasion (i.e., recent achievement, demonstrating resiliency or another notable success). Plus, an accompanying online platform offers Children’s Health team members the ability to send words of affirmation to colleagues, as well as tie their actions to one of our shared organizational values. Through this program, team members celebrating milestone work anniversaries also receive special vouchers for gift redemption, an especially important practice as our team members are far more tenured than comparable organizations.
