Vision
Like Toyota, Southwest Airlines and Harley Davidson, Chesapeake employees a “Lean” strategy to eliminating waste within every level of organization and every facet of our operations. Developed by Paul Akers, Chesapeake holds a “Lean Meeting” every morning and employees are given one of Akers’ books “2 Minute Lean” when they are hired.
