This leads to a better and more efficient workforce, which allows us to provide better service to our customers. Our lab is unique among our competitors, and it’s allowed us to develop chemistries that improve our customers’ efficiencies through new products not available anywhere else. It’s our core belief that when we help our team members achieve and grow, the company will follow suit.

The entire employee experience is such an important factor in Chemstream’s success. Although we’ve grown significantly over the past ten years, we’ve made a conscious effort to continue to cultivate the family atmosphere that we believe is a major factor in our employees’ satisfaction. We believe this is just as important as our compensation and benefit package, and we’ve seen the effects of it, especially over the past two years. Many companies have had a difficult time finding and retaining quality employees, and while we’ve certainly faced some of the same challenges, we have continued to grow and have been able to attract and retain top talent.
