Chautauqua Opportunities, Inc. (COI) is a non-profit Community action Agency with a mission to alleviate poverty in Chautauqua County, NY. The agency provides services in the areas of Early Care and Education (Head Start, Early Head Start, UPK), Child Care Resource and Referral (child care provider technical assistance, child care referrals), Housing and Community Development (homeless prevention and rehousing, rental assistance, homeownership, weatherization, lead remediation), Health and Family Services (licensed Home Care, homeless youth shelter, Fatherhood Program, Mobile Crisis Outreach), and Economic Development (small business lending and technical assistance). COI serves over 3,500 households annually and is a well-known resource for low- and moderate-income residents of Chautauqua County.
