I can come to work, do my job, make someone else's day better, take care of our members the best I can, have an amazing team to work with and be a part of an amazing company.

I am able to fulfill my duties in peace. My manager trusts me as an individual and believes that I will handle the responsibilities of the job efficiently.

My job allows me to help with bettering the credit union as a whole but more importantly I'm able to work directly with other departments to make sure we enable front line team members to assist our members in the most efficient way possible. Even though I'm not on the front line, I still have a direct impact on our members experiences on a daily basis.

I love our team. Our team always work together to help our branch grow with our production and our member experience. My BM cares about us and make sure we have balance between our family and work life. Her positivity always helps our team when things aren't running the way it's supposed to. The culture of Chartway is something that is very hard to find. I've worked for credit unions for years and had a short stint at a bank and I was so excited to come back to a credit union. They truly care about their employees and value their opinions.

The company recognized the front line teams and helped us with compensation and anything we might need to make our jobs safer and easier. They also look into the future with modern equipment to make things easier for the members to conduct their business.
