The Vita Health and Wellness Partnership is a COC-led coalition of community service agencies promoting public health and wellbeing. Vita brings
together Stamford Hospital, Optimus Healthcare, New Covenant Center, Family Centers, Children’s Learning Centers and a host of local partners to
