We also believe in taking care of our community's caretakers: Paid for Grades -- developed, funded and managed by Chargebacks911 -- is an academic program that has provided over $1 million to public school students, teachers and schools to help improve youth literacy. We also created the Chargebacks911 Charity Challenge, where -- for 200+ consecutive weeks so far -- a different charity and/or nonprofit is funded, assisted and promoted each week. And to help the "next generation" of female FinTech superstars succeed in their chosen STEM professions, we also created and launched LIFT -- a free mentoring program for young women -- that pairs younger, less-experienced workers with executive-level female STEM leaders from influential tech companies, including Chargebacks911 and Microsoft.

Our mission is to protect the "eCommerce experience" for buyers, sellers and financial institutions. To this end, we work tirelessly to protect our clients from fraud, theft, cybercrimes and unfair (and often illegal) payment disputes.

Additional Culture Details
Part of our company culture is giving back to the Tampa Bay community: Chargebacks911 has self-funded the “Paid for Grades” academic program since 2013. (The brainchild of Chargebacks911 CEO Monica Eaton, “Paid for Grades” offers financial incentives to struggling, at-risk public school students, and also provides funding for mentors/teachers. So far, “Paid for Grades” has donated more than $1 Million to Florida's public schools, students and teachers.) Chargebacks911 also launched the “Chargeback Charity Challenge,” where we donate to a different charity every week. Past recipients include local women’s shelters, veterans’ groups, the Salvation Army, Habitat for Humanity, Wheelchairs for Kids, and the Special Olympics.
