Purpose
Century 21 Curran & Oberski is a 72-year old family of roughly 200 professionals serving the real estate needs of Detroit and its suburbs. In a highly competitive industry such as real estate, you just don't find many corporate cultures that sustain the highest standards of collaboration, support and ethics for over 70 years. Century 21 Curran & Oberski made a conscious decision decades ago to focus on a personal and professional growth through a culture of integrity, knowledge, encouragement, and support. Whether it's the president, top sales agent, a member of leadership, administrative or clerical support, we collectively focus on always finding ways to better serve our consumers and, therefore, the communities we service.
Vision
Century 21 Curran & Oberski supports our communities by serving. We are very active and proud to support many benevolent needs such as food pantries, Suits for Soldiers, Firefighter Burn Drives, Homeless Veterans, Children's Park rehabs, and Habitat for Humanity to name a few. Additionally, we take exceptional pride in a number of our agents who give back by serving our communities in capacities such as City Council, Tax Tribunal, Wayne County Commissioner, first responders and others.
Mission
Century 21 Curran & Oberski is devoted to helping agents build a wildly successful career! Every Monday-Wednesday, all agents are invited to dial in to a 15-minute Mindset and Skills coaching session with the Broker/Owner of the firm. Every week, there iare sales meeting at each office location and a skill-building class with the Broker or a top agent leading it. Every month, Century 21 Curran & Oberski celebrates the sales accomplishments of the agents at a Sales Rally. Many categories of success are highlighted and high-fived, and usually, something FUN like a: Mobile Barista service , Food Truck party, Shoe Shine Guys or a catered lunch by local favorites are featured. Then, of course, there are the "family" celebrations of birthdays, weddings, babies and more FUN. Multiple times a year, we work to bring in industry thought-leaders and influencers to keep our team ahead of the market and our competition. Century 21 Curran & Oberski and our agents are proud to have amassed hundreds of regional, national and international sales awards. We are consistently ranked among CENTURY 21 Top 10 in the USA and the world, ranked the #1 CENTURY 21 Company in the State of MI and have earned the highest honors and accolades for customer satisfaction, per-person productivity, relocation and diversity. Our daily focus is simple: providing and exceptional real estate experience, one customer at a time. In 2019, Century 21 Curran and Oberski agents sold roughly 2500 homes and approximately $500,000,000 in real estate sold throughout Metro Detroit.
