What employees are saying

I believe in our mission and purpose.

I feel safe and like everyone at the Hub has my back. I appreciate being able to work from home and everything that we do with our partners.

I feel supported. I can always voice my concerns. The only negative thing I would say is that I’m disappointed that I didn’t get a pay raise this last year. I understand it was due to covid but I am disappointed that I didn’t get it.

I respect and admire the people I work with and also those that we are blessed to serve!

Because it brings out the best in me personally and professionally. Also because my supervisor is very upfront and honest and leads by modeling great professionalism.

I am able to work at my own pace while being trusted to complete my job duties. Everyone that I have met since starting here a few months ago has been so welcoming and helpful. I've really appreciated the environment of Central Clinic and enjoy being apart of such a great company. I look forward to continuing to learn more about everything that Central Clinic has to offer as well as learning more about the behavioral and mental health field. I also appreciate that the company does allow for a good work/life balance and that we do have flexibility to work from home if needed as well as being able to take time off when needed.

I feel supported in my position and I no longer have a supervisor who does not micro-manage my work which makes it easier to do my job. The team I work on, is friendly and team-oriented. My co-workers are there when I need help with my caseload.

The staff is outstanding, professional and focused on client care. The quality of services is excellent and people care about one another. Diversity is embraced.
