In our culture we are always looking for ways our employees can grow in the company. We have a group called the Visionaries that focus on developing leadership for up-and-coming leaders. We also have a full-time Training & Development Officer that provides coaching and offers employees with access to outside professional coaches for additional development.
We conduct regular employee feedback surveys and listening sessions, truly listening to our employees and making changes based on their feedback: a Dress for Your Day policy, a hybrid work environment for those positions that can work off-site, a generous PTO policy, financial wellness education and support, a leadership development program, and a Fun Club whose sole purpose is to provide employee appreciation gifts and host fun events for our team.
