Celsius Therapeutics is a biotechnology company developing novel precision medicines in autoimmune disease and cancer by harnessing the power of single-cell RNA sequencing and human biology at scale.

We are pioneering new precision medicines in autoimmune disease and cancer by harnessing the power of single-cell RNA sequencing and human biology at scale.
Our SCOPE platform provides a new way to understand the cells, and cell-cell interactions, that drive disease progression, leading to deep biological insights and new precision medicine strategies.
One aspect of our approach that is unique is the starting point for our discovery - specifically, samples collected from actual patients. We have built an unprecedented collection of patient tissue samples for single cell genomics analysis through partnerships with more than a dozen academic and industry organizations throughout the world who are conducting clinical trials for patients in autoimmunity and oncology. This means that our discoveries are highly relevant to the patients we are trying to treat, and we are not reliant on more typical preclinical animal or cell line models, which results often don’t translate to patients in the clinic.
