Purpose

Mission
CDF’s mission is to provide employers with excellent service, drawing on high levels of expertise and caliber of attorneys who specialize in protecting and
defending employers against employment-related claims and providing preventative strategies for companies with workforces in California. In addition,

Additional Culture Details
The founding members started the firm in one of their backyards and together, they developed a business plan with pens and markers and made copies
