CCRES is a dynamic, responsive nonprofit organization dedicated to meeting the growing need for high‑quality educational and behavioral support staff in school districts, intermediate units, and community organizations.
CCRES serves students, families, and adults who have challenging behavioral health needs, autism, mental illness, intellectual disabilities, and physical disabilities. We employ more than 1,700 specialized staff, including PCAs, paraprofessionals, RBTs, BHTs, behavior analysts, mobile therapists, and other support personnel. Our model strives to meet the diverse needs of our partners, while providing rewarding, flexible career pathways.
Our service area currently includes Southeastern Pennsylvania, covering Berks, Bucks, Chester, Cumberland, Delaware, Lancaster, Lebanon, Montgomery, Perry, and Philadelphia Counties and the Wilmington area of Delaware.
Additionally, we commit to giving back to the community, awarding over 100 of grants and scholarships annually.
