CBS ArcSafe has developed a remote racking system for 600 volt through 38kV Circuit Breakers and related draw out electrical equipment. The Remote Rack System is essential to NFPA 70e guidelines, and allows the personnel to stand outside the arc flash area while removing or inserting the circuit breaker into the switchgear. This allows the personnel to operate the remote racking system without wearing a full body arc flash hazard suit.
In addition we have developed a Remote Switch Operator which will allow your personnel to Charge, Close, and Trip Manually Operated Electrical Devices, 600 volt through 38kV, including Air Circuit Breakers, Motor Control, Load Break Switches, Molded Case Circuit Breakers. It is designed to operate most mechanisms that are Rotary, Push Button, and Lever Action to Close, Charge, and Trip the device.
