Catholic Charities, Archdiocese of Denver serves over 50,000 people annually across 30 different programs, located throughout the northern half of Colorado. Our mission, at its core, focuses on defending the dignity of each and every person we serve. Our programs stretch across a broad continuum of care with focus on child and family services, as well as efforts to provide shelter and other community outreach to those in need. We are here for our clients, ready and willing to provide for their greatest need.
Purpose
Catholic Charities of Denver is one of the largest and most effective social service organizations in Colorado, founded in 1927. We serve tens of thousands of people in crisis annually. We offer shelter, affordable housing, early childhood education, counseling, emergency services, rent and utilities, employment, food and clothing, case management, family and senior services and much more at 76 locations across the Front Range. We collaborate with corporate partners, local businesses, nonprofit organizations, government agencies, medical facilities, educational institutions, parishes and other community partners. We work to alleviate and find solutions to some of the most pressing challenges that women, men and families in our community face each day.

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Denver will continue to anticipate and stimulate support for our services, provide those services effectively and faithfully, and through our charitable ministry seek to influence the political, social and cultural environments in which we serve.
Mission
As the charitable arm of the Archdiocese of Denver and inspired by God’s love and compassion, Catholic Charities extends the healing ministry of Jesus Christ to the poor and those in need.

There is no place in Colorado where you'll find a more compelling mission than Catholic Charities of Denver. Across the Front Range, our team spends their days making Colorado a better place. Our Samaritan House team works directly with people experiencing homelessness to meet them where they are on their journey to find safe, appropriate housing. Our Marisol Services team helps young families who need extra support as they expand and grow their family. And all of our ministries — from early childhood education to affordable housing and beyond — make an enormous difference in so many neighbor's lives.
