Founded in Burlington, VT in 1977, Cathedral Square is a national leader in the creation of high-quality, affordable, service-enriched housing communities for older adults and people with diverse needs. We operate 27 housing communities in Chittenden, Franklin, and Grand Isle counties, with two additional properties currently under construction. We also provide technical assistance to other housing providers and administer our nationally recognized SASH® (Support and Services at Home) program statewide. Cathedral Square homes are well-maintained and consistently earn top scores from federal housing inspectors. They also meet or exceed standards for accessibility, environmentally sustainable building practices, energy efficiency and amenities.
