Casualty Corporation of America, Inc, ["CCA"] is a locally owned Oklahoma property and casualty insurance company based in Jones, Oklahoma, having commenced business in 1964. CCA takes pride in providing excellent customer service to both CCA's force of Independent Agents and CCA's Oklahoma Insureds. All of CCA's Associates are residents of Oklahoma.
Mission
• Casualty Corporation of America, Inc. [“CCA”] is a locally owned Oklahoma property and casualty insurance company based in Jones, Oklahoma, having commenced business in 1964. CCA takes pride in providing excellent customer service to both CCA’s force of Independent Agents and CCA’s Oklahoma Insureds. All of CCA’s Associates are residents of Oklahoma.
• Benefits: CCA Associates are provided a benefit package which includes medical, life, dental, vision and short-term disability insurance. CCA also offers its Associates an opportunity to participate in a 401K plan. Free onsite wellness screenings and mammograms are provided along with free flu shots for Associates and their children. CCA provides a wellness facility on its campus and promotes monthly wellness challenges and incentives. As part of the CCA wellness program, CCA has “Workout Wednesdays” to give everyone a break from their desks as well as frequent “Walk and Water” events at the local park to promote Associate exercise and fitness. CCA encourages Associates to attend and participate in their children’s school activities by allowing time off to attend school functions. CCA also encourages and provides paid education for Producers and Adjusters to enhance their knowledge in the insurance field.
• Local community support: CCA provides financial support to the local municipality, public works, police department, 4H, FFA, band, athletic departments, and little league sports. CCA is an active participant in our local school “Fun Run” each year by donations as well as paid entry fees. CCA purchased playground equipment for our local park and provided the flag pole at our library. CCA also provides paid entry reimbursement for local 5K events for all CCA Associates.
• Recent events: When possible, CCA provides family fun days at local Oklahoma amusement parks for each Associate, guest and child as well as Shrine and local Circus tickets for Associates and their children. During the year, CCA hosts several holiday and other parties which include the CCA Kids’ Holiday Party with games and gifts for each child and a visit from Santa. CCA’s prior annual Halloween party had 90% Associate costume participation, games throughout the day, a provided lunch, and treats for all Associates and their children.
• Interesting facts: Each year, CCA hand makes holiday gift baskets filled with “Made in Oklahoma” Products and provides the same to CCA’s Independent Agents across Oklahoma to show CCA’s appreciation for keeping Oklahoma’s insurance business in Oklahoma.
