Carolina NeuroSurgery & Spine Associates, established in 1940, is one of the country's oldest and largest private neurosurgical practices. The group comprises 50 physicians, over 40 advanced practice providers, and approximately 525 employees. The medical group provides brain and spine care services, including adult and pediatric neurosurgery, spine surgery, physical medicine & rehabilitation, known as physiatry, neurology, and physical therapy.
They provide advanced surgical and non-surgical treatment for the entire spectrum of brain, spine, and peripheral nerve disorders, including brain tumors, spine deformities and injuries, stroke, epilepsy, congenital disabilities, concussions, neck and lower back pain, and pituitary tumors. Now with nine office locations spanning the Carolinas, over 65,000 patients receive individualized brain and spine care annually.
