Purpose
Carmel Country Club has a long-standing tradition of excellence in both member experience and team member experience. Our team members are focused on our membership, tackle hard work through teamwork, prioritize relationships at all levels, bring enthusiasm to every task, and embrace opportunities for growth. Too often clubs think doing things "right" means going "by the book," but rigidity stifles true connection and true enjoyment. Here, relationships are at the heart of our hospitality. Our exceptional facilities speak for themselves, but our team members amplify that voice as critical parts of our culture and our success. And, because we believe you can’t give away what you don’t have, we make sure our teams feel appreciated and provided for, with everything from free food, tennis and golf privileges, competitive pay and benefits, to training and growth opportunities. Our Employee Assistance Program awards eligible team members yearly scholarships, as well as emergency assistance funds and student loan reduction.
