Caring Partners of Morris and Sussex
Caring Partners is a non-profit care management organization that works in partnership with the primary organizations that serve children and families in Morris and Sussex Counties. The primary goal of Caring Partners is to maintain children with severe emotional and behavioral challenges, developmental disabilities and/or substance abuse issues safely at home, in school and in the community by providing support, education, and advocacy and by connecting children and families to the needed services and resources. Caring Partners believes in working with families in a strength-based manner, and believes that children are best served in their homes or communities using natural supports.
