CareCo Continuum of Care began serving Connecticut in 2004, with the goal of keeping the elderly and physically disabled independent and safe in their own homes.
Our dedicated Home Care team is comprised of fully trained, experienced, and compassionate hourly and live-in Home Health Aides, Personal Care Assistants and Certified Nursing Assistants. All home care providers are screened and supervised by our Care Managers.
Skilled health care is provided by our team of RNs and LPNs, using state-of-the art technology to provide the highest level of care. Care plans are developed with your loved one’s physician, who is kept in the loop regarding your loved one’s progress.
