Additional Culture Details

At CareCentrix (CCX), we continue to live in a “Remote First” environment and, our team members remain our number one asset. Our actions focus on helping to ensure that team members feel connected. Examples included: via the CCX Cares Program – a financial program funded by team members for team members during times of need - close to $1 million in grants have been distributed to more than 575 team members. We also held an internal school supply drive, which enabled team members to assist other team members with needed items. The company awarded twenty-one scholarships to aid team members with children entering their freshman year of college and pursuing a degree in the health care/ health sciences field. We continue to enhance our team member connections by offering 15-minute events (i.e. homemade pizza, “name the masked musician"). Team members shared pictures of their kid’s first day of school, pets, and graduates to increase a sense of community and build better cross-company relationships. To give back to the communities in which we live, toys for pets in shelters and educational materials for under-resourced preschool-aged children were made. To help reduce life’s stressors, we made desktop Zen and terrarium gardens. Team members participated in step-based challenges to promote better health. Our multitude of program offerings are all in support of providing a culture where our team members feel proud to come to work each day, remain engaged, and thrive in their roles.... Read more

We care.
We are not our job, title or role. We are fathers and sons, mothers and daughters. We think about how our actions will affect our patients, providers and employees. We look out for each other and always assume positive intent. We approach our roles with positivity while at the same time confronting reality. We are humbled that our actions have an impact on peoples' lives and take this responsibility extremely seriously. For us, it's personal.
