Additional Culture Details
At CareCentrix (CCX), our team members are our number one asset and the living of our value, We Care, we take very seriously.
At the onset of the pandemic, we were very proactive and moved our entire workforce to work-from-home. As many offices started re-opening, we surveyed our team members and asked them if they would prefer continuing to work from home or return to an office. The overwhelming majority of our team members wished to continue working from home. We listened to that feedback, and CCX is now almost a fully remote-first company.
When Hurricane Ian hit Florida, a large number of our team members were impacted. Our CCX family quickly leaned in to provide support for our fellow colleagues. A few of the actions taken included: we coordinated the distribution of $250 immediate response grants through CCX Cares to 88 team members, totaling $22,000. We are so fortunate to have the CCX Cares Program – a financial program funded by team members for team members during times of need.
We also held internal drives throughout the year to help team members who needed support. Via our school supplies and Thanksgiving drives, over 100 members helped their fellow colleagues.
To help team member stay connected, we rolled out virtual programs such as: making desktop gardens and soap as part of a community needs project and attended live sporting events.
We are super proud of our team members and continue to provide the support so they can be successful in an out of work.
