At CareCentrix (CCX), our team members remain our number one asset in our remote-first environment. Our people-actions allow us to focus on helping ensure team members feel connected and engaged. For example, we instituted a CCX Cares Program, a financial program funded by team members for team members that distributes funds to team members during times of need. To date, close to $1.2 million in grants have been dispersed to over 650 team members. The company awarded sixteen scholarships to aid team members with children entering their first year of college and pursuing a degree in the health care/ health sciences fields. We continue to enhance our team member connections by frequently offering 15-minute events where team members take a break from work and unite by engaging in a fun, informative, or healthy activity (i.e. savvy couponing, gardening tips). Team members regularly share pictures of their kid’s first day of school, pets, and graduations to increase a sense of family and build better cross-company relationships. Our community presence remains quite active, with programs such as making toys for cats in shelters and volunteering at the Special Olympics. To help reduce life’s stressors, we made herb gardens, and team members and their plus ones participated in step-based challenges to promote better health. Our variety of programs are all in support of providing a culture where our team members feel proud to come to work, remain engaged, and thrive in their roles.
