Cardinal of Minnesota provides individualized care in a variety of residential homes to individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health concerns, brain injury and elder care related conditions. Each home is located in residential neighborhoods in southeast and northwest Minnesota. Cardinal of Minnesota also provides In-Home and Semi-Independent Living Services, serving clients in their own, or their families,’ homes. Whether living in a Cardinal home, with family, or independently, our clients receive skilled, personalized supports. We stake our reputation on the care we provide. Our Programming and Nursing services include: Formal assessments, coordinated medical care, medication management, medical liaison services, behavioral support plans, individualized health care plans, activities of daily living, community integration, skill acquisition, vacation and leisure activities. Cardinal of Minnesota’s Mission, “to provide a safe, happy living environment for our clients,” is the guiding principle for all members of our team.
