Cape Atlantic I.N.K. (Integrated Network for Kids) is a non-profit Care Management Organization that facilitates and coordinates care for children with the most complex emotional and behavioral needs in Atlantic and Cape May, New Jersey counties.We use the Wraparound model in helping families. The Wraparound model is based on individualized, needs-driven planning and services. It is an evidence based model of care.
Purpose
Partner to form a team of support around the youth with people who truly know and care about the future of the young person in crisis. The goal of this support system is to keep the child in his or his/her “Home, School and Community, and Out-of-Trouble”.
