C&J Well Co. is Central Indiana's premier water well drilling, water treatment, and full-service water well contractor. Over their 25-year journey, C&J Well Co. has continued to grow from simply drilling water wells to handling all aspects of well service, such as preventative maintenance, excavation, well pump service, and connections to city water using horizontal boring technology. C&J has four locations, over 60 employees, three state-of-the-art Versadrill rotary-drill rigs, and one bucket-well drill rig. C&J's sister company—C and J Water—provides quality water to Central Indiana residents at affordable prices. Certified Water Specialists work to solve water issues with the best treatment solutions, including water softeners and reverse osmosis drinking water systems.

C&J cares about the people in this world beyond Central Indiana residents. In an effort to give back, C&J is a faithful donor to orphaned children in Zambia as well as providing clean and healthy water to needy communities all over the globe.
