Founded in 2013 by Dr. Srivasavi Chaganti MD (Cardiologist) and Manoj Chaganti (Software Architect/Transformation Leader), C-HIT is an SBA-certified 8(a), women-owned small business specializing in Healthcare software architecture, development and testing, infrastructure, data management, identity management, human-centered design, and cyber security. C-HIT's has supported many Federal agencies: U.S. Department of Education (ED); Health and Human Services (HHS); Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS); and, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). C-HIT credentials include: CMMI Maturity Level 5 DEV/SVC; ISO:9001:2015; ISO/IEC:20000-1:2018; ISO/IEC:270001:2013; and Scaled Agile Silver Partner.

Purpose
C-HIT provides comprehensive, innovative Information Technology, Healthcare, and Health Information Technology (HIT) software development and consulting services to federal, state, and commercial customer organizations.
C-HIT is a process-centric organization, maintaining Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Maturity Level 5 for Development and CMMI Maturity Level 5 for Service and Development, certified in ISO:9001, ISO:27001, and ISO:20000, and we apply ITIL and Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®)-based standards and best practices.
