Additional Culture Details
At the Bluegrass Center for Autism (BCA), we go beyond expectations to provide the highest standard of care for individuals with autism. What sets us apart is our unwavering commitment to ethical, client-centered therapy that prioritizes individual needs over reimbursement models. While many providers deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, BCA distinguishes itself by offering intensive, high-quality programming tailored to each person's strengths and goals.
BCA serves individuals across 37 zip codes—many traveling from out of state—because families recognize the exceptional outcomes we help achieve. We provide over 2,600 hours of therapy each week across two campuses, including a newly completed Fern Creek facility that houses both pediatric and adult programs. Our adult day training and prevocational programs foster independence, skill-building, and community connection through meaningful partnerships with local nonprofits and businesses.
With a dedicated team of credentialed professionals, a high staff-to-client ratio, and a culture built on transparency, respect, and continuous improvement, BCA has become a trusted leader in the autism community. We're not just a service provider—we're a long-term partner in each individual’s growth, development, and success.
