We like to hear from our employees. Their ideas to improve, their opinions about what we are doing wrong that can be improve. For that we hold a monthly meeting with our field personnel. We want them to bring ideas and opinions on what we can do better as a corporation so the employees can be better at their job. This is not about production, but on how to improve the company for everyone.
The HR goes to the projects one day a week and personally greet each employee and ask them how are they doing and if they have any concerns.
On new employee orientation the owner seats with the new employees and introduces the company. Who we are and where are we going. He talks about our core values and how they can grow with us. He also shares our previous year revenue and our goals for the current and next year.
