I have always felt supported. I feel proud when something I worked on is a success and helps the company to be better.

The atmosphere is laid back enough to allow laughter and conversations while also expecting us to get our jobs done. Management is approachable and makes an effort to go around and speak to each person in the mornings.

The consistency at which middle and upper management continue to be upfront and honest about the goings on and well being of the company are refreshing and makes me respect the leadership for their honesty. My job before Builders had terrible communication between management and the team members so it's refreshing to know what's actually happening in the company.

Gives me the opportunity to blaze new trails in my job category. The company let me take the reigns of my career and encourages me to continue to break down barriers.
