The Buffalo-Hanover-Montrose School District (BHM), established in 1857, serves the three Wright County communities and its surrounding townships. The BHM student population has approximately 5,707 students spanning across six elementary schools, a middle school, a high school, an alternative high school and a transitions school for 18-21 year-old students with special needs. BHM Schools prides itself on having many of the student opportunities you would find in the metro area, located within the confines of a smaller school district.
