Broder & Sachse Real Estate is a Detroit-based acquisition & development company. Founded in 1993, Broder & Sachse’s core focus is acquiring, developing and managing commercial real estate. Currently, we manage over $300 million in commercial real estate, including Class A office, retail, mixed-use and multi-family properties. Broder & Sachse’s most recent focus has been acquiring and developing properties in urban markets. We have been committed to supporting Detroit’s resurgence—with the recent developments such as: The Scott at Brush Park, the 199-unit residential apartments, 15,000 square feet of retail, and 300 parking spaces on Woodward Avenue.
