It has given me the opportunity to grow in my current position building self confidence in my day to day task where I feel comfortable in what I do and can pass the knowledge along.

I do not have to worry about how I am going to handle personal matters, appointments, family obligations, etc. This relieves an immense amount of stress. I am extremely grateful that I have the freedom of perusing personal hobbies and family time without experiencing the burn out that unfortunately many people in this industry experience.

The work environment is extremely supportive and conducive to my growth and well being. I am encouraged to collaborate with team members both within my own department and interdepartmentally - this includes work related projects and also in developing personal connections. Senior leadership is extremely caring of me and willing to do whatever it takes to ensure that I feel comfortable expressing concerns and asking for what I need; this includes both work related concerns and in asking for personal matters.

Management/Leads value you as people instead of as just a means to make the company money. They really care about the individuals and want to make your work lives as stress-free as possible.

I love my job because of how much I enjoy working at this company. I am always excited to come in and see what I will be working on or what new project is being implemented or what new skill I will be learning. There is a great opportunity for growth here and I feel as though the work I do actually matters. There is a great sense of friendship between everyone here which helps make it easy to come in to work.

Everyone gets to grow as the company also grows. I also get to work and collaborate with very kind and receptive coworkers.

Everyone is so nice and understanding it really feels like you are part of the family when you work here.

I struggle with insecurities within myself. Sometimes I feel like I am less qualified to be here. Sometimes my insecurity makes me try harder than what I really need to. The team really pushes you to improve while being empathic to how you feel. When you are doing a great job, you will be cheered on heavily. When you are having an off day there are people in the department that will encourage you.

I feel like my thoughts and opinions matter. I am challenged and am able to learn. I am given opportunities I would not have at a bigger company, which is allowing me to learn essential skills for my career in the future. Everyone is friendly and get along with other groups
