Boston BioProducts was founded in 1995 by Dr. Pal Sharma and Amita Sharma. Since our founding, they have dedicated the company to providing high-quality product and service solutions for life science research in the biotech industry and academia.

Over the course of 30 years in the industry, we have continually improved by growing our stellar team, establishing a fit-for-purpose facility, and expanding our product and service offerings. I love my job because of how much I enjoy working at this company. I am always excited to come in and see what I will be working on or what new project is being implemented or what new skill I will be learning. I struggle with insecurities within myself. Sometimes I feel like I am less qualified to be here. Sometimes my insecurity makes me try harder than what I really need to. The team really pushes you to improve while being empathic to how you feel. When you are doing a great job, you will be cheered on heavily. When you are having an off day there are people in the department that will encourage you.

I feel like my thoughts and opinions matter. I am challenged and am able to learn. I am given opportunities I would not have at a bigger company, which is allowing me to learn essential skills for my career in the future. Everyone is friendly and get along with other groups
