I can work remotely. My management and team is incredibly supportive and friendly. I do not feel pressure to do anything I do not want to do. There are often projects available for additional hours. There is no busy work; everything is purposeful. The policy and procedures are very organized and detailed.

If I have a question or a concern regarding a client in my portfolio, my manager is available to direct me or even navigate the situation with the client. I have never been in a situation where my manager and even our CEO did not support me whole heartedly. My pay is fair and I have quality time to remain present within my family unit on a consistent basis. I have never felt undervalued or overlooked as an employee, quite the opposite.

At Bookminders, we are all individuals with unique skill sets. The management teams tries to utilize these skills. In doing this, they help make our work meaningful and this helps us feel that we are making a difference to our clients. This helps keep me motivated even during tougher times.
