Boardman began as a tank and small equipment manufacturer in 1910 with three full time employees serving the agriculture industry. Boardman's unrelenting optimism and tenacity created a culture of innovation, which led the company to expand its manufacturing footprint from small buckets and feeders to cotton gins, silos and oil mill equipment. Today, we operate with the same values and with our visino to "become the most respected and sought after custom fabricator in the United States." Boardman is a custom steel plate fabricator that fabricates ASME Section VIII Div I & II pressure vessels and towers to many industries, including: Refining, Chemical Processing, Petrochemical, Gas Processing, Aerospace, Carbon Black, and Cryogenics. We have the ability to fabricate pieces as big as 200' long, 400,000lbs, 18' diameter, and 4" thick and our projects are shipped worldwide. We currently have the ability to weld over 1,200 different procedures and a wide variety of material including, carbon, stainless, nickel alloys, Duplex, and Clad, just to name a few. Boardman is the expert in pressure vessel manufacturing and have been one of the most respected fabricators in the USA for over 100 years.
